About Mona

From very early in my life, I have known presence and touch to be very powerful tools for healing. As a child and teenager, I fed this passion through dance, physical fitness and spiritual practices. When I first received professional bodywork a few years later, I found it helped foster a deeper awareness of body-mind-spirit-self, and pronounced relief from chronic pain patterns. Bodywork has since continued to be an essential part of my life journey.

My massage practice is inspired by my deep passion for helping others. I am a firm believer in all the amazing benefits of a great massage. I offer a unique, restorative bodywork experience that addresses many layers of the healing process. With presence, deep listening and a reassuring powerful (never fluff and buff) therapeutic touch I treat specific concerns while nourishing your holistic health.

I see clients at my studio located in East Providence RI, as well as at client's homes and hotel stays, offices, hospitals and hospice, sporting events, entertainment venues,  and film sets.
